Next Wednesday is International Women’s Day!
The Focus on Women Research Cluster is hosting Dr. Joanna Merkel, Assistant Professor of French, CUE to speak on the following topic “Trauma, Failure and Deception: the Path of Foreign Women in Metropolitan France (18th – 20th century)” at 12:00 – 1:00 p.m in HA343 on Wednesday, March 8.
We invite instructors to incorporate topics relevant to Women’s Day into their classes next week. If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Steven Muir at steven.muir@concordia.ab.ca. We want to promote Concordia as a place open to opportunities and initiatives for women.
