Upcoming Phone Outage

Phone Outage: September 27th
On September 27th at 6PM. There will be a phone outage on campus while Concordia migrates from our existing telephone service provider to Bell Canada. This outage will last approximately 90 minutes. During this time internal calls between desk and classroom phones at Concordia will continue to work unhindered. External calls to or from Concordia will not connect during this time. During this outage security can still be reached at 780-479-8761 from your cell phone. Contacting security via 5555 on Concordia phones will cease to work for the duration of the outage. All phone systems will return to normal operation at 7:30PM.
Concordia owned cell phones will be unaffected by this outage.
