This morning, Chief Cadmus Delorme of the Cowessess First Nation announced a preliminary finding of 751 unmarked graves near the former Marieval Indian Residential School in Saskatchewan. We are devastated by this discovery and want to acknowledge, again, the immense loss and retraumatization of our Indigenous students, faculty, staff, and community.
