Welcome our visiting scholar from University of Porto, Portugal – Erasmus+
Posted on: Nov 29, 2017Please join the Department of Public Health along with the International Office in welcoming Professor Miguel Tato Diogo to campus. Miguel is a professor of Mining Engineering at the University of Porto, our partner in Portugal, and joins us on exchange through the Erasmus+ program. Miguel completed his PhD in the Dept of Natural Resources Engineering and Environment – Higher Technical School of Mining Engineering at the University of Vigo in Spain. During his time at Concordia, Miguel hopes to learn about Environmental Public Health and Environmental Science in general but more specifically related to the work developed in natural, environmental and anthropic hazards. We are very pleased to have Miguel on campus this week and look forward to further collaboration with the University of Porto through this exchange! If you are interested in connecting with Miguel about his work, background or experience with Erasmus+ please do not hesitate to let us know! Thank you, Erasmus+!
