The semi-final was a rematch of the ACAC gold match where Narayan Ramdhani of The Kings University took the victory however this time it was Pittman who ended up on top by wining 21-17, 21-23, 21-12 to advance to the gold medal match. Nicolas was up against Ramnish Kumar of the Humber Hawks in the finals where he had a great opening  game winning 21-19, however, it was Kumar who would come back strong taking the next two sets 21-12, 21-15 to win the CCAA gold. One year ago Nicolas finished 5th at the CCAA Championships and now he is coming home with a silver medal. Congratulations on a great season Nic!

They would finish the round robin with a 2-3 record advancing to the semi-final match where they would lose to Humber College duo Victoria Duong and Chloe Rowe 21-9, 21-8. On Sunday afternoon the girls were fighting for the bronze medal against Helen Ngu and Han Pham of Fanshaw College (OCAA) however would fall short as they would lose 19-21, 16-21.

Overall, the ACAC had an excellent tournament taking home 7 CCAA medals including 3 Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Bronze. Congratulations to all athletes on an incredible badminton season.
