Thunder Men’s Volleyball Kick off Exhibition Schedule

The Thunder Men's Volleyball team had a great weekend at the Sofaland Tournament hosted by Kings University and the U of A at the Saville Centre. The guys came out with wins against Ambrose and Grande Prairie and a strong 5 set loss to Keyano. The MVB team also played a match versus the U of C Dinos and faired quite well in the 3 close sets. The season looks very promising with strong performances by veteran players Alex Ingstrup, Connor Reeves, Adam Baker and Nick Dove. Early season standouts Damien Leroy, Hunter Scott and Keenan Forstey also had very solid performances.
Thunder Men's Volleyball will be back in action this coming Saturday when they host Winnipeg's CMU Blazers. The opening serve goes at 11 AM at the RKAC.
