FFWS is a non-profit organization who, on behalf of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC), provides financial assistance to eligible students from specific Alberta First Nations. Alberta residents registered with Northwest Territories bands are also eligible under this Post-Secondary Funding Program if they have been an Alberta resident for 12 months or more. During sponsorship, students are eligible for tuition coverage, a books and supplies allowance, and a monthly living allowance, depending on program and registration.
