Reminder Accounts Payable Deadline – Monday December 10th.

Just a reminder that Monday, December 10, 2018 is the deadline for paperwork to be received in the Accounts Payable office and have payment ready before our Christmas Break.
We cannot guarantee payment for any payables received after the December 10th deadline. We will make every effort but payment may not be prepared until we return from the Christmas Break in January. Priorities for late payables will be vendor invoices, contractor payments and then expense claims.
