Photographer on campus

Please be aware that over the course of the next few days, starting today, there will be an external photographer on campus, capturing imagery of Concordia in action.
We are looking to update our photography collection and will be aiming to get a broad range of images from all over campus, including classroom photos. These photographs are needed by the University for recruitment and promotional purposes, and maybe used in materials such as website, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, annual reports, displays, reports etc. Please let the photographer know if you do not wish to be photographed. If you allow yourself to be photographed as a prominent subject of the photograph, please sign a release form that the photographer will have on hand. If you allow yourself to be photographed in the background of a shot that takes place in a classroom, office or meeting room, please understand that you are providing the University with your consent regarding its collection, use and disclosure of the photograph. Photographs that are taken in an open, public area, such as Tegler, may be used and disclosed at the University’s discretion.
