MISAM Team Publishes in Fraud Magazine

A group of two professors and a student from our Master of Information Assurance Management published the article “An auto insurance fraud primer: Using social network analysis to catch fraudsters” in Nov/Dec 2016 special case studies issue of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners’ official publication Fraud Magazine. See link below. It is an practitioner-focused article based on the collaborative research efforts of Dr. Shaun Aghili, Subhash Satyal (MISAM graduate) and Dr. Pavol Zavarsky.
Dr. Aghili has also been invited to make a special presentation of this research during the upcoming fraud prevention conference sponsored annually by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Institute of Internal Auditors in March 2017.
