Taking care of your health can be difficult if you’re dealing with a busy schedule. But you’re better prepared to deal with life’s challenges when you’re physically active and eating well. If you’re looking to improve your diet, our Eating Well Nutritional Counselling Program can help! Contact the EAP anytime, 24/7, to speak confidentially with a professional consultant who can point you towards resources to improve your health, and connect you to our nutritional counselling services.
