How are you REALLY doing? Buddy Up for men’s suicide prevention

June 2022 is Buddy Up Month! Are you participating in the #BuddyUp Challenge for men’s suicide prevention? Challenge activities promote authentic conversations and wellbeing. Week 4’s challenge is reaching out to a buddy you’re worried about. There are several things that you can do to check in on your buddy such as have a BBQ, play games, go for a drive, or exercise together.
