Managing Stress Workshop: Thursday, October 13 at 2:00 pm.

The Student Life and Learning team is excited to bring you the Getting Our S*%& Together Workshop Series. We’re focusing on mental health and academics with topics such as Perfectionism, Managing Stress, Handling Failure, and Attention. This week’s Workshop focuses on Managing Stress & Overwhelm. The workshop takes place in the Design Thinking Space, located on the 2nd floor of the Allan Wachowich building.
