We are very pleased to welcome Dr. Trevor Cook to the Faculty of Arts and the Department of Literature and Language as an Assistant Professor of English. Dr. Cook, who earned his PhD at the University of Toronto, most recently taught at Trent University. His specialty is the English Renaissance, an essential complement to the other teaching and research areas of his colleagues in our English program. His current research interests include the emergence of literary propriety and conceptions of plagiarism in the English Renaissance. He looks forward very much to becoming a part of the Concordia community and sharing his love of teaching and research with colleagues and students.
