The Faculty of Science is extending an invitation to all CUE student for a guest presentation by Concordia Alumnus, Matthew Hamilton, who is currently employed at Vertex Resource Group Ltd. as Project Manager. Matthew is a well established and successful environmental professional.
Matthew has a Degree in Biological Sciences from Concordia University of Edmonton and is a Registered Technologist in Agrology through Alberta Institute of Agrologists. Since his graduation he has worked as an environmental consultant across Western Canada specializing in remediation and land reclamation.
Matthew currently works as a project manager where he oversees reclamation and remediation portfolios with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders including landowners, contractors, municipalities, indigenous communities, industry, and government agencies. Away from work Matthew’s time is spent with his family. As a father of three active boys, he is fully scheduled with hockey, soccer and walking the family dog.
