CUE Wellness encourages you to take a break…and nap!

It’s important to take a break every so often. Why not with a short, restful nap?  Join us Thursday July 23rd at 12:00 for a 20 minute meditation for a restful nap.

Sessions are FREE and open to students, staff and faculty. No experience necessary and no registration required! Simply join us by clicking on https://meet.google.com/yqi-opet-fjp?hs=122. Participants will need a pillow and a quiet space.
