Congratulations to award-winner Ed Boraas

CUE’s chief information officer with IT Services is recognized as one of the top winners for the medium business division.
“This award is well deserved,” said Mike Wade, director of Applied Artificial Intelligence at CUE. “Ed has been instrumental in developing and implementing CUE’s IT strategy for a long time. The pandemic introduced a number of challenges in IT and delivery of instruction, and Ed and his team performed admirably under challenging circumstances. His leadership in CUE’s Centre for AI has allowed Concordia to build a presence in this emerging space and create new opportunities for our school, as well as students, staff and faculty.”
Boraas was one of 372 contenders for the 2021 awards. Winners are determined based on IT satisfaction and value scores, as assessed and quantified by their direct business stakeholders.
