Campus Recreation has modified their class times to better suit your needs. Now there will be 2 shorter classes every Tuesday and Thursday so you can catch a workout during your lunch break or between classes! Come to one or both, whatever suits your schedule!
Here’s the schedule for campus rec this week:
Tuesday, February 1 –
Posture Enhancing Stretch (12:00-12:30 pm)
20 Minute Tabata (12:30-1:00 pm)
Thursday, February 3 –
30 Minute Dance Party (12:00-12:30 pm)
Myofascial Release (12:30-1:00 pm)
Classes are free for all CUE students, staff, and faculty, and you just have to log into Google Meet with your CUE email address!
