Changes to Benefit Premiums in February 2022
Posted on: Feb 10, 2022Beginning February 1, 2022, Maximum Benefit premiums have increased slightly, which you may notice on your first February pay this week. This is applicable to all active policies (health, dental, life, dependent life, AD&D, STD, LTD), and all eligible employees across CUE.
CUE’s Maximum Benefit plan undergoes an annual review and renewal each year, facilitated between Maximum Benefit and our benefit brokerage. Premium rate changes put in place by the provider are determined by a number of factors including overall plan usage as well as market rates and costs.
