Bluebirds – The Fringe at CUE

Posted on: Aug 20, 2019

The Fringe is well and truly underway, and we are in the thick of it this year as a new venue (#40) in the city.

Bluebirds opened last week to great reviews – a theatre piece created by wishbone theatre with CUE faculty members Glenda Stirling and Josiah Hiemstra – and the participation of many CUE students. It’s a beautiful, relevant theatre piece that honours women who have served our country in war – stories so often ignored in our heroic national narratives.
