An Invitation from the Fine Folk in Fine Arts

Hi Concordia Folks,
Concrete Theatre is presenting our 15th Annual Festival of plays for kids. CUE drama instructor Michelle Rios is one of our playwrights this year.
It's that time of year–the sun is shining, the flowers are blooming, and new plays are sprouting!
Each year we present three brand new plays written especially for kids by diverse local playwrights. These staged readings can be enjoyed by children as young as 18 months to 12 years old–we welcome babes in arms as well!
Our lobby activities begin one hour before the performance and include face painting, drawing, arts and crafts, storytelling and music and sound play.
This year's plays are:
Honey and Nuts by Aksam Alyousef & Amena Shehab
My Other Mother by Darrin Hagen & Trevor Schmidt
Abuela's Coqui by Michelle Rios
ASL interpretation of the plays will be provided on both days.
Lobby activities begin at 1PM, performances begin at 2PM
