Thunder Women’s Basketball Taste Pre-Season Success

This past weekend the Women’s Basketball team took part in friendly round robin matches hosted by College of the Rockies in Cranbrook, BC. The Thunder had a successful tourney, going 2-1 in their 3 games. “We have a very hardworking, talented group for the upcoming season,” stated Head Coach Robbie Valpreda. The team beat Capilano College, North Vancouver, Ambrose College, Calgary and lost a very close one 67-65 to Camuson College from Victoria.
