- At CUE, your well-being continues to be a priority long after you’ve left campus. We offer two types of confidential, professional supports to help you take care of your mental health:
- Short-Term Counselling
- Counselling provides a safe, confidential space to talk openly with a trained professional. In your first session, you’ll share your concerns and goals, and together with your clinician, create a plan to manage your mental health. Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches in 50-minute sessions, typically scheduled every two weeks within a limited time frame. For those seeking weekly sessions or longer-term support, referrals to additional resources are available.

Appointments are available to the CUE community and the general public. All sessions are in person and by appointment only. Email cuepc@concordia.ab.ca to request more information or to book your appointment.
