The Rural Municipalities of Alberta (RMA) Scholarship Program encourages young rural Albertans to pursue further education and make meaningful contributions to their communities in subsequent years. Students must be pursuing a course of studies relevant to local government and/or rural communities.
A scholarship in the amount of $1,000 is presented to one successful applicant from each of the five districts: MD of Taber (District 1), Rocky View County (District 2), Parkland County (District 3), County of Grande Prairie (District 4) and MD of Bonnyville (District 5).
