Dr. Alex Taikh is joining the Department of Psychology as an Assistant Professor. His area of interest is in cognitive psychology, with research programs in psycholinguistics and memory. He got his PhD in experimental psychology from Western University. He was a postdoctoral researcher and instructor at the University of Alberta, where he studied how the richness of information associated with the meaning of a word influences its reading and writing.
