The purpose of this bursary is to provide financial assistance to students enrolled in an undergraduate degree program or Open Studies who demonstrate financial need.
To be eligible for this award, an applicant must meet the following criteria at the time of application/selection:
- Enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program or Open studies;
- Graduate studies, visiting students, certificates and diploma programs are not eligible;
- Have applied for, been assessed and approved for the maximum amount of the Canada Student Grant for Full-time Students (Canada Student Financial Assistance Program) or the Alberta Student Grant for Full-time Students (Alberta Student Aid). Students receiving less than the maximum Canada Student Grant for Full-time Students or Alberta Student Grant for Full-time Students are not eligible.
