Fessenden-Trott Scholarship

The Fessenden-Trott scholarships were established in memory of the late Professor Reginald Aubrey Fessenden and the late Helen May Fessenden (nee Trott). These scholarships are valued at $9,000 annually for three years (or until the scholar obtains their first degree). Each year, these scholarships are offered to a different region of Canada. In 2022, nominations will be accepted from universities in the Western provinces.
Students must meet the following criteria to apply:
• Canadian citizen or permanent resident
• Undergraduate students completing their first year of their first bachelor degree program
• High academic achievement from both Fall 2021 & Winter 2022 terms
• Demonstrated leadership qualities as evidenced by volunteer/community involvement and/or extracurricular activities.
Concordia University of Edmonton is accepting applications until April 15, 2022 and will select one student to nominate.
This scholarship program is administered by Scholarship Partners Canada (SPC), a division of Universities Canada.
How to Apply: Complete the application form and submit it along with all supporting documentation to the Financial Aid and Awards Office HA120 by the deadline.
