Please be advised that new application forms for sabbatical leave are now available in Alfresco by clicking this link: Sabbatical Application Forms

Faculty members who are eligible to apply for sabbatical leave may use the new application form to submit an application to their Faculty Dean.

Complete both the Sabbatical Leave Cover Page and the Sabbatical Leave Application. Applications must be submitted by October 1, 2018 for sabbatical leave to be taken in the 2019/2020 academic year.
