Seed Grants
Seed Grants provide funding for faculty members’ research projects, particularly those that have the potential to lead to applications for external funding.
Deadline: May 1, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.

Impact Grants
Impact Grants support knowledge mobilization activities that disseminate research knowledge into academic circles and the broader community.
These funds support short-term, targeted knowledge mobilization activities, such as conference presentations; workshops; juried artistic exhibits; oral histories; and commissioned reports.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, activities that include research travel may be allowed on a limited basis.
Researchers interested in applying for travel-related research funding are strongly encouraged to contact the Office of Research Services in advance of submitting an application to discuss restrictions and exemption application processes.

CUE-NSE Grants
CUE-NSE Grants provide funding for research projects in the natural sciences and aim to support faculty members in the preparation of applications for NSERC Discovery or Alliance Grants.
