In this presentation, we will discuss the benefits of secondary use of data and how to facilitate data sharing. This presentation provides an opportunity for researchers to learn about engaging in secondary use of data, such as depositing data for collaborative opportunities and accessing sensitive data through a secure data access platform.
Objectives of the presentation are to:
• Discuss the benefits and methods of secondary use of data and data sharing
• Introduce researchers to the collaborative data platform at PolicyWise for Children & Families
• Demonstrate examples of collaborations involving secondary use of data through current and past projects
