Chinese Culture and Language Summer Programme 2021
Posted on: Jan 19, 2021CUE’s international partner, The Education University of Hong Kong, would like to invite CUE students to participate in the Chinese Culture and Language Summer Programme 2021 offered from 30th June to 30th July, 2021! This is a free virtual summer programme for students interested in learning fundamental Mandarin, Chinese and Hong Kong culture. In addition to taking a 3-credit Chinese class, participants will take part in seminars and interactive virtual activities to enjoy different cultures.

Madarin for Non-Chinese Speakers |
This is a course intended for beginners of Chinese. It aims to provide students with a good foundation in Chinese (Official Language of China/Putonghua/Mandarin) and the culture of the Chinese speaking world, with the main focus in developing students’ oral communication skills. It also aims to familiarise students with basic Chinese characters, words and sentences. After the completion of this course, students will be able to interact with others to perform basic function in simple Chinese. |
