To ensure CUE’s obligations and commitments are managed efficiently and effectively, CUE has released a Signing Authority Policy and Procedure which is effective as of February 4, 2020.

The main change: Delegated Signing Authority is no longer permitted as the signing authority is now strictly driven by CUE’s Organizational Structure. If a Budget Control Officer (per the organization structure) is unavailable to provide their approval, it will be completed by their one-over-one per the organization structure – this form has now been removed from Alfresco and will not be accepted.
