This Week at Concordia E-Newsletter


Student Life & Learning compiles campus information for the "This Week At Concordia" E-newsletter. If you have information relevant to Concordia and wish to submit information to be included in the publication, you can do so by emailing, and in the subject line indicate 'newsletter item.' Student Life & Learning will prioritize the information in the newsletter format and send out the newsletter weekly to all current students,faculty & staff.

What can be included in the newsletter?

  • Information beneficial for the campus community (e.g. timetables, exam schedules, retreats, etc.)
  • On- and off-campus events that are organized by faculty, staff, and students (e.g., social events, fund-raisers, student club events, etc.)
  • Off-campus events deemed to be beneficial for faculty, staff, and students (e.g., concerts, lectures, presentations, etc.)
  • Notices about resources available to university students (e.g., student loans, scholarships, workshops, etc.)
  • Volunteer and employment opportunities

Currently, newsletters are emailed out on Mondays and contain information for that week. To be included in the newsletter, submissions must be sent to by 4:30 p.m. the Thursday before publication.

Student Life & Learning  retains the right to vet content of advertisements and may alter them to fit formatting. All concerns, questions or conflicts regarding the inclusion or exclusion of information will be referred to the Dean of Students for resolution.
