Live steps from campus
Concordia University of Edmonton (CUE) is committed to providing students with an exceptional learning experience while prioritizing the health, safety, and wellbeing of the community. While our student residences will remain closed for the upcoming fall semester to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, we are pleased to announce we will be providing a limited number of bedroom rentals in two houses located off-campus. These houses are owned and operated by CUE and will provide students with an optimal housing experience steps from the amenities offered on campus.
Why CUE Housing?
Living in one of our rental properties provides independence while also offering the safety of living with a small group of peers close to campus.
Our rental properties are serviced by Campus Security (available 24/7) and CUE’s dedicated maintenance team, providing residents with a prompt response to issues, big and small. Additionally, our full-time, live-in Residence Life Coordinator will be available for emergencies and can be accessed through Google Meets if you require support with anything… academics, personal, or more!
If you have in-person classes, you will be steps away from your courses and instructors as well as student services should you need to meet with someone face-to-face.
Private bedrooms within a 2-bedroom and a 5-bedroom house are available. Tenants will be responsible for $3,045 in fees for the duration of the fall semester (September to December 31, 2020) and will be provided with a private room.
We are offering these rentals on either a 4 or 8-month contract. Tenants are required to be full-time (or part-time with accommodations) students at CUE for the duration of their contract. All financial policies outlined out standard Residence Guide will apply.
