One of the bedrooms also has it’s own kitchen. • A portion of your rent goes to support various local and international charities especially charities that help the poor, orphans, widows and the disabled. • Rooms start at $400 plus a flat fee of $100 for Utilities. We have several very large rooms… one has it’s own kitchen a huge window overlooking the river valley. The master bedroom is 400 square feet and has a king size bed, a walk in closet and it’s own bathroom with large soaker bathtub. • Quiet hours start at 10PM Sunday-Thursday and at Midnight Friday-Saturday; • Absolutely no use of drugs or excessive use of alcohol by Tenants or their guests while on property inside or out. Social drinking is fine, but not to the point of intoxication. Smoking is permitted outside only. Overnight guests need approval and no overnights for boyfriends / girlfriends (this is all included in lease). • Criminal Record & Credit check will be done on all new tenants at no cost to tenant.
