Experience: Dr. Sinclair is an accomplished lecturer, teacher, seminar presenter, and continuing learner. He has undertaken instructional assignments at twelve different North American post-secondary institutions, developed new programs in organizational behaviour, ethics and decision-making, strategic leadership and corporate planning, administration of aboriginal organizations, and student orientation. He has delivered organizational leadership and strategic planning training to corporate, public service, educational, aboriginal and faith institutions. Dr. Sinclair is an executive, consultant and change agent specializing in human capital management, enterprise resource planning and organizational re-engineering. He has demonstrated unique leadership in the field of moral reasoning and the resolution of ethical dilemmas in the decision-making and critical choice processes – focusing on the development of ethical reasoning skills in adults in situations where moral conflict or competing choice can arise.
