Academic Credentials: MSc (Earth Sciences, Quebec), BSc (Geology, Laval), BEng (Geological Engineering, Laval)

Experience: Mr. Pankewich has over ten years of professional and project management experience as a geologist and geological engineer in both the private and public sectors. He has expertise in environmental site assessments (ESAs), contaminant delineation investigations, hydrogeological investigations and remediation projects (soils and groundwater). Responsibilities include project management, project tendering, contractor selection, contractor supervision, regulatory compliance, client liaison, mediation and public consultation. He was employed and/or has been contracted to Alberta Environment in a capacity as a Contaminated Sites Coordinator. Mr. Pankewich is one of only approximately 150 professional members of APEGGA with dual registration as a professional engineer and geologist.
