Registrar’s Office

Please note that students are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of their own registration. The following information is based on the most recent academic calendar and is meant to be used as a reference. For a complete and accurate explanation of policies, consult the Academic Calendar.

I.D. Cards

Concordia Student ID Cards are issued by the Registrar's Office, and are used to:

  • Request, change and access student information
  • Borrow books from the Concordia University of Edmonton and other NEOS libraries
  • Access Concordia University of Edmonton's photocopy machines
  • Purchase items from the kiosk and cafeteria

Registration Deposit

A $200 tuition deposit ($2,500 fall/winter; $850 spring/summer for international students) is required before students can register in classes. This payment is non-refundable/transferable and can be made:

  • Through Concordia University of Edmonton's Online Course Selector
  • Through Concordia University of Edmonton's Online Services (takes 24 hours to process)
  • In person at Student Accounts, in Student and Enrolment Services
  • Over the phone: 780-479-9201

Course Registration

Students can register for courses through the Online Course Selector. For help registering in the proper courses, utilize the following tools and resources. Some classes fill up quickly-register early.
