If you are applying to a program that lists additional requirements (such as a security clearance or an interview), contact the department offering the program and arrange to satisfy these requirements by the appropriate deadline.
Arrange to have all official, sealed transcripts from post-secondary institutions that you have attended sent by those institutions to the Faculty of Graduate Studies. Copies are not acceptable.
If you are currently enrolled in classes, arrange to have interim transcripts sent immediately and final transcripts sent at the completion of your studies.
Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that official transcripts and supporting documents are received by the Faculty of Graduate Studies by the appropriate deadline.
Canadian students: No application fee is required.
International students: If you are an International Student, you are required to pay a $80.00 CDN International Assessment Fee before your application will be assessed.
Note for International Applicants
International students (i.e., those who are neither Canadian citizens nor permanent residents of Canada) wishing to study in Canada require a Study Permit. Students from some countries will also require a Temporary Resident Visa. These documents must be obtained from Citizenship and Immigration Canada before coming to Canada. They cannot be issued in Canada.
While it is not possible to obtain a Study Permit until an official letter of admission from Concordia's Faculty of Graduate Studies has been issued, students are advised to begin the procedures necessary to secure admission to Canada and to complete the documentation required by Citizenship and Immigration Canada as soon as possible after submitting the Graduate Admission Application form. Information on immigration regulations is available on-line from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (http://www.cic.gc.ca/
) or from a Canadian Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate nearest you.
Note: in order to view and/or print those documents which are in
format, you must have Adobe Reader. You may download Adobe Reader from here.
