The Department of Literature & Language at Concordia University of Edmonton invites applications for an Assistant Professor of English. The successful candidate must be a generalist who is qualified to teach twentieth-century British literature in a transatlantic context; preference will be given to those with additional expertise in Canadian literature. Normal teaching load is 4 courses per semester. In addition, the successful candidate must be willing and able to take on academic administrative duties and will be committed to building relationships with faculty, staff, students, and the broader community.
Candidates must understand and support the Mission/Vision/Values Framework of Concordia.
