2013 Globe and Mail Canadian University Report

How does Concordia rate?

All full-time undergraduate Concordia students!

Concordia has again been invited to participate in the annual national survey for the 2013 Globe and Mail Canadian University Report (CUR).  We need your participation!

In its 11th year, this survey is an opportunity for you to voice your thoughts and opinions about your experience at Concordia University College of Alberta.  Administered by Higher Education Strategy Associates (HESA) on campuses across the country, this survey covers topics ranging from teaching, to students services, to extracurricular activities.

This is our chance to see how we rank with other institutions on a national level.  The results of the survey will be published in the Globe and Mail’s CUR publication, to be released in fall 2012 and on www.globecampus.ca

The survey is open to all full-time undergraduate Concordia students [including Bachelor of Environmental Health and Bachelor of Education students!]  We need at least 230 completed surveys for the response to be included in the Globe and Mail when results are released in the Fall, so be sure to fill in the survey and invite your friends to do so as well.

It should take you approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete this survey. To access the survey, you will be asked to log in using your university-issued email address.

Please click on the following link to complete the survey https://canadianuniversityreport.ca/?email&Institution=012

Once you have completed the survey, you will have the option of providing your email address to enter a national draw for one of 20 $100 gift certificates for iTunes or amazon.ca.*  Concordia students who provide their e-mail address will also be entered into separate draw to win one of two $100.00 gift cards Best Buy gift cards.

Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary and all of your responses will be anonymous. No personally-identifiable information will be associated with your responses in any reports of this data. The Globe and Mail and HESA will NOT give, trade, sell or distribute any individual information that you provide. While you will be asked to enter your university email address in order to begin the survey and to enter the prize draw, your email address will not be linked to the survey data and will only be used for the above-stated purpose. Please note that each email address will be coded so that individual students cannot answer the survey more than once.

If you choose to do so, your email address will not be linked in any way with the responses you provide and will be destroyed following awarding of the prizes.

Should you have any questions, comments or concerns, please feel free to contact Edyta Kaznowska at HESA at ekaznowska@higheredstrategy.com.

*The draw for the prizes will happen on Monday, 14 May 2012.
